Resources for Social-Emotional Well-Being

Mental Health Emergency Support: It is advisable to reach out to the following agencies for emergency support as local emergency rooms are expected to be impacted.

- Call 911 and request a C.I.T. trained officer to respond when someone might be an immediate danger to themselves or others.

- 24hrs. Crisis Line: call StarVista at (650) 579-0350

- 24hrs. Crisis Text Line: text "hello" to 741741 and you will be connected with support.

Mental Health Non-Emergency Support:

- CUSD School Linked Services (SLS) mental health therapists will be available via email and can schedule time to connect (M-F 9am-3pm) using phone or video. Please email Caroline Morton at [email protected] for a response within 24 hours and to be connected with an SLS therapist.
